Paul Ricker

Paul Ricker has over 40 years’ experience in quality, energy-efficient, affordable residential construction, ranging from single homes to multi-family buildings. He began his career as a detail-oriented carpenter working on old-house rehabs in the Boston area and has, for more than 25 years, provided comprehensive project management services for affordable housing developers and CDCs.  Paul’s work with Innova has spanned nearly 15 years and includes such diverse work as acting as Innova’s general contractor PM for an 80 unit historic occupied preservation project, authoring numerous Capital Needs Assessments and Reserve Analyses, and serving as the owner’s rep for an array of complex projects, including the conversion of a decrepit textile mill to affordable housing in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, the rehabilitation of historic brownstones in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood, and the new construction of a mid-rise mixed use building in Washington DC.  Paul holds several Building Performance Institute certifications, serving as both a trainer and test proctor at the innovative ECA Green Jobs Training Center.  He holds a Master of Arts in Education from LaSalle University.
